Joli Mosier and Jordan McCann figured there must be a better way. So they set about creating it.

After rising quickly in operations, sales and management in the wireless industry, Joli and Jordan found themselves wanting something different. More flexibility. More challenges. More opportunities for greater impact. In the mid-1990s, they became independent project managers. Endowed with a get-it-done work ethic and natural leadership abilities, they were immediately in high demand.

In response to the call for additional high-caliber pinch-hitters, MosierMcCann was established in 1996 in Bellevue, Washington. Over the years, Joli and Jordan built their business on core values of integrity and high standards—with a can-do bottom line. Because success brought with it pressure to grow quickly, they adopted an intentional-growth strategy to ensure they never have to compromise their excellent service.
